What you'll do

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• partner with Directors of Nursing and administrators to improve clinical outcomes
• lead survey readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance
• develop and manage Plans of Correction and Directed Plans of Correction
• oversee critical incident investigations and provide clinical guidance during urgent situations.
