What you'll do

• Perform construction-phase remodeling and restoration work, including carpentry and other applicable trades such as drywall, painting, tile, flooring, or mechanical work
• provide own tools

• meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ pounds
• maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
