What you'll do

• Depending on practice group, assist with audits and reviews
• analyze business transactions and financial statements
• prepare basic financial statements and schedules
• prepare tax returns and conduct tax research
• assist with Medicaid/Medicare cost report analysis for healthcare facilities
• support analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, litigation, ESOPs, and estate and succession planning.
