Job overview

The Warehouse Associate works onsite in Coventry, RI, for $25–$35 per hour. Pharmaron is a contract research and manufacturing organization supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with drug discovery, development, and manufacturing services. The associate receives, inspects, stores, issues, and distributes materials and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. The role supports safe, compliant site operations and timely delivery of materials to internal customers.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, store, issue, and distribute raw materials, supplies, and finished goods
• handle domestic and international shipping and receiving
• load and unload materials
• maintain inventory through ERP systems and cycle counts
• process goods receipt transactions
• monitor inventory and prepare reports
• support procurement and PPE inventory
• deliver materials internally
• maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace and follow applicable FDA, DOT, IATA, GMP, and company requirements.
