What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care
• monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms
• administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
• document assessments in the electronic medical record
• coordinate care with healthcare professionals
• respond to changes in patient condition
• educate patients and families
• participate in rounds and care conferences
• supervise and delegate appropriate responsibilities to support staff.
