What you'll do

• Process applications and recertifications and provide information to the compliance department
• show apartments to prospective residents
• handle lease negotiations and renewals
• assist in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff
• support marketing and leasing
• maintain compliance policies and procedures
• assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits, petty cash, delinquent rents, evictions, and curb appeal
• provide account information to regional supervisors and credit agencies
• support resident relations and enforce community rules.
