What you'll do

• Schedule truck appointments
• enter truck and rail tickets
• review bills of lading and delivery orders
• organize and dispatch truck traffic throughout the terminal
• verify delivery orders for billing
• communicate with customers, logistics companies, and terminal management
• coordinate with supervisors on truck, barge, and railcar loading and unloading
• report incidents and support safety initiatives
• work overtime and weekends as operations require.
