Property Manager

The Property Manager role is hybrid in Windsor Mill, MD. Pay is $110,000–$140,000 per year. The position supports St. John Properties’ commercial property portfolio. The manager oversees day-to-day property operations and performance, protecting asset value through tenant relationships, financial management, maintenance oversight, and lease enforcement. The role coordinates with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain properties and support tenant satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Maintain tenant relationships and respond promptly to concerns
• conduct scheduled tenant visits and renewal discussions
• prepare operating budgets and review expenditures and variances
• solicit and oversee service contracts
• review invoices and support tenant billing and rent collection
• identify and manage capital and operating projects
• conduct building, safety, security, and property inspections
• document incidents and insurance claims
• inspect vacant spaces and coordinate move-out work
• collaborate with property administration, accounting, maintenance, leasing, and construction teams. Must be available to respond to property emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as required.
