The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Liver Transplant role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a day schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay is $1,500–$1,900 per week. The role supports pre- and post-liver transplant patients in an outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient support. The social worker provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, education, and resource coordination to help patients and families address needs and barriers throughout the transplant process. The role collaborates with the multidisciplinary healthcare team and maintains clinical documentation and confidentiality.

• Complete psychosocial evaluations

• provide counseling, education, and resources
• identify barriers to readiness, recovery, and adherence
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• conduct inpatient evaluations when required
• document care
• coordinate services and advocate for patients.
