The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Statesville, NC, with in-home and hybrid opportunities. Compensation is $70–$95 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy, primarily in homes, for infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA provides behavioral analysis services and develops, monitors, and updates instructional programs. The role also trains paraprofessionals to implement instructional programs and behavior plans, contributing to clients’ communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills.

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings
• create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
• train paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans
