What you'll do

• Support customer-site printing processes
• prepare and produce printed materials
• operate high-volume production equipment
• assemble booklets, manuals, packets, and marketing materials
• manage phone queues and service tickets
• troubleshoot print and copy equipment and escalate when needed
• provide customer service and administrative support
• perform mail runs and meeting-room refreshes as site needs require.
