Construction Service Manager

What you'll do

• Communicate with field teams, clients, owners’ representatives, and design partners
• resolve client service issues
• set up new service clients and prepare proposals, agreements, job numbers, and estimates
• maintain service lists and maintenance schedules
• participate in budgeting and financial reviews
• coordinate transitions from construction to service
• manage team staffing, performance, training, and safety
• coordinate subcontractor agreements and invoices
• review time, materials, costs, and field reports
• coordinate billing and follow up on accounts receivable.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of project management or five years of related team management experience. Construction experience and ability to interpret architectural drawings, contracts, and specifications are strongly preferred. Base pay range is $90,000–$115,000 annually.
