What you'll do

• Set tables with linens, flatware, and glassware
• monitor tables, clear dishes, and reset tables
• sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers
• provide water and complimentary items
• assist servers with food and beverage delivery
• communicate table readiness
• transport dishes from the kitchen
• keep stations organized and stocked
• remove trash
• respond to guest requests and route concerns
• assist with restaurant cleaning and report maintenance needs.
