What you'll do

• Gather patient data and support care planning and evaluation
• provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety criteria
• communicate with patients, significant others, staff, and physicians
• maintain patient records
• participate in 50 minutes of group therapy daily at 2:00 p.m.
• document group notes
• complete nursing assessments for new admissions
• assist with medication and lab tasks.
