What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures
• verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation
• maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident records
• communicate access concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and unauthorized access attempts
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations.
