What you'll do

• Lead plant procurement operations across direct, indirect, and capital spend
• guide procurement specialists and supply chain planners
• align strategies with plant and business-unit goals
• manage sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance
• monitor metrics and compliance
• oversee ERP procurement processes, raw-material forecasting, inventory, and cycle counts
• manage procurement initiatives and project teams.
