What you'll do

• Sell commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants
• determine project needs and system requirements
• prepare and present bids, estimates, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses
• negotiate value and close sales
• manage multiple ongoing projects
• build relationships with customers, manufacturers, and contractors
• support accounts receivable collection
• address customer operational and environmental objectives
• coordinate with sales and inside-sales staff
• assist with sales-team development
• keep management informed of account status and progress.
