What you'll do

• Organize, scan, and prepare client tax documents
• verify engagement letters and supporting documentation
• import and review client data in tax software
• assist with SafeSend administration and client communications
• maintain physical and digital document libraries
• assist with reconciliations, reporting, and data cleanup
• communicate with clients and colleagues
• support onboarding and scheduling when assigned
• cover the front desk as needed
• contribute to process improvements
• coordinate schedules and follow-up items for assigned tax producers.
