Senior Contracts Manager

It partners with business development, finance, program management, security, legal counsel, and leadership to negotiate agreements, manage obligations, identify risks, and support new business pursuits.

What you'll do

• Manage federal prime contracts and subcontracts through award, administration, modifications, and closeout
• draft, review, and negotiate business agreements
• track obligations, funding, deliverables, and deadlines
• assess contractual risks and compliance requirements
• support proposals, teaming agreements, and government submissions
• maintain contract records, templates, workflows, and reporting
• support audits and contract disputes.
