What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment and facility malfunctions and conduct inspections to identify needed repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts using specifications, blueprints, measuring instruments, and hand tools.
• Inform production workers about preventive maintenance techniques and monitor compliance.
• Discuss safety, productivity, repairs, and procedures with coworkers, supervisors, and internal customers.
• Coordinate onsite external contractors for specialized processes.

Why this role

At least three years of facilities or maintenance experience is required; aerospace experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with 480V electrical systems, vacuum systems and furnaces, hydraulic presses, hazardous-material certifications, and chemical process lines is a plus.
