What you'll do

• Provide fill-in coverage at all 24 clinics
• handle incoming patient calls and high-volume scheduling
• collect information for treatment and billing
• verify insurance and obtain authorizations when required
• send paperwork to referral sources
• scan documents and maintain patient charts
• collect and balance payments
• prepare appointment charts and reminder calls
• communicate with billing and treating staff to resolve issues
• and perform front-desk operational duties.

Why this role

Full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed; Monday–Friday, no weekends. Work hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. An $8,000 pay differential is offered for the multi-location commitment.
