What you'll do

• Support partners and independently manage cases across multiple practice areas
• consult with prospective clients, counsel clients, and provide legal advice
• research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents
• prepare for and conduct depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• represent clients in court across listed Western and Central New York counties
• collaborate with clients and the legal team.
