IT Field Technician — PC, Mac, POS and TV Mounting

The IT Field Technician — PC, Mac, POS and TV Mounting role is onsite in Boulder City, NV, with compensation of $35 per hour for on-site IT and POS work. Geeks On Site provides nationwide computer repair and technology support for homes and businesses, both remotely and onsite. The technician supports residential and small-business customers by troubleshooting computers and networks, configuring devices, documenting work, and communicating with customers. POS support and outdoor TV mounting may be assigned based on experience; technicians accept jobs according to their availability and proximity.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
• resolve Wi-Fi, router, and wired network problems
• install and configure printers and scanners
• replace or upgrade hardware
• reinstall operating systems
• document work and communicate with customers
• support POS systems and run Cat5e or Cat6 cabling
• perform outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup when assigned.
