Field Service Technician (ATM)

The Field Service Technician (ATM) role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with service work across an assigned territory; compensation is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technologies. The technician installs, repairs, maintains, and tests ATMs to meet customer service obligations and service-level agreements. The role supports reliable equipment operation through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management, and customer assistance.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs and other products in an assigned territory
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• coordinate with support departments
• meet customer service-level agreements
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• manage spare parts and inventory processes
• complete administrative reports
• provide customer service
• maintain security procedures and company property
• perform on-call duty.
