The Core Crew Front Desk and Sales role is onsite in North Wales, PA. Compensation is $15 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. The part-time position supports the Head Coach and Community Manager at [solidcore]’s studio. The role helps deliver a welcoming client experience while supporting studio operations and sales. Core Crew members assist clients with accounts and class bookings, share information about studio products and offers, and help maintain a clean, well-organized studio.

What you'll do

• Welcome and interact with clients
• assess and respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist the Head Coach, Community Manager, and coaches with daily operations and studio cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to client milestones and prepare the celebration board.
