Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician works onsite with clients in Lynwood, South Gate, Watts, and Compton, California; the employer aims to match staff with clients near home. The work is intended to help clients build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one client support
• implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• complete at least 15 scheduled therapy hours weekly
• collect and record progress data
• use structured activities
• collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues
• follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
