Drop Service Installation Supervisor

What you'll do

• Hire and train personnel
• lead drop technicians
• ensure tools and equipment are available and maintained
• oversee inventory for installation materials
• oversee company fleet use and maintenance
• schedule technicians
• maintain service reports and dashboards and complete end-of-day reporting
• oversee 811 compliance and installation quality
• approve invoices
• manage storm restoration, damage notifications, trouble tickets, and restoration
• assist with projects and escalated customer issues
• travel to cooperative clients as needed.
