What you'll do

• Support daily Ski & Ride School operations
• lead, coach, develop, schedule, and support staff
• oversee competition services, race programs, training groups, registration, attendance, and event logistics
• coordinate race schedules, venues, course preparation, equipment, and event execution
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
• address guest concerns
• support payroll, records, reporting, inventory, budgeting, labor management, and expense control
• maintain safety standards and collaborate with resort departments.
