Internet Service Provider (ISP) Service Technician

The Internet Service Provider (ISP) Service Technician role is onsite at the Henderson, NV office. Pay is $20–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Install and align wireless equipment, including microwave dishes, LTE/5G radios, and access points
• install and configure wireless backhaul and point-to-point or point-to-multipoint systems
• install customer-premise equipment
• perform fiber, CAT5/6, coax, power, and grounding cabling and weatherproofing
• troubleshoot signal, interference, and connectivity issues
• assist with network commissioning and testing
• configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices
• assist with device setup and firmware updates
• document configurations and installations
• where experienced, assist with fiber installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting
• follow safety protocols and perform site inspections.
