What you'll do

• Support daily oversight of the 24/7 ground-transportation operation
• assist with managing, coaching, and developing driver teams
• help maintain schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet airline requirements
• promote and enforce safety, DOT compliance, and company policies
• monitor performance metrics and escalate issues
• build relationships with airline partners and internal leadership
• step in as acting leader when the Station Leader is off-site.
