Recreation Aide

Job overview

The Recreation Aide role is onsite in Medina, NY, with full-time and part-time options and every other weekend required. Pay is $16 per hour. What you'll do

• Implement recreation procedures as directed by the Recreation Director
• create decorations and crafts and set up equipment
• escort residents to and from the recreation area
• assist with scheduling movies, planning parties, and providing games and activities
• encourage resident participation
• visit in-room residents and assist with errands or appointments as needed
• guide individual or group re-motivation and reality-orientation sessions
• complete required medical-record documentation.
