What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, hire, and set technical direction for the platform team
• conduct code and design reviews
• design distributed systems and the technology stack
• own lakehouse and warehouse architecture and data pipelines
• design governed metrics, ontologies, and a knowledge graph
• build and improve LLM applications, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and evaluations
• design and govern secure MCP servers and integrations with automation platforms
• build and operate cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, and monitoring with security safeguards.
