The role also supports patients and caregivers through counseling and works with pharmacy staff, providers, and clinic teams to promote safe medication therapy and pharmacy service growth.

What you'll do

• Support daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• review, verify, fill, compound when appropriate, label, and dispense medications
• conduct prospective drug utilization reviews
• counsel patients and caregivers
• collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals
• maintain medication records
• supervise and train pharmacy interns and technicians
• manage pharmacy inventory and records
• monitor pharmacy systems
• support quality improvement and patient service initiatives.
