What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate lending and transactional documents
• advise on commercial lending and credit matters
• counsel teams on intercreditor arrangements, lien priority, portfolio management, challenged credits, collateral enforcement, and recovery strategies
• identify and manage legal and regulatory risks
• provide guidance on the Farm Credit Act and related laws
• manage legal and regulatory support matters
• collaborate on organization-wide legal initiatives.

Why this role
