The Business Development Director is an onsite leadership role based in Roland, AR. The Director designs and implements referral programs, drives census growth, and fosters a culture of patient safety and care excellence while developing a high-performing business development team.

What you'll do

• Reviews, evaluates, and monitors critical numbers and progress towards goals.
• Understands and manages operational and financial metrics.
• Oversees all marketing operations, including hiring and recruiting staff.
• Manages admission processes and the reimbursement system.
• Communicates opportunities and threats in the marketplace to senior management.
• Identifies new and repackages existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.
