What you'll do

• Oversee daily medical operations, inventory, treatments, and staff
• communicate with veterinarians and operations leaders
• support medical services across SPCA of Texas locations
• train staff in humane handling and Fear Free methods
• maintain pharmacy inventory and order supplies
• participate in shelter rounds
• assist with feeding, cleaning, medicating, and surgery preparation and recovery
• coordinate treatment capacity and animal movement
• oversee medical volunteers
• recruit, develop, and coach staff
• protect sensitive animal information.
