What you'll do

• Decorate cakes and desserts for customer samples and presentations
• prepare products for customer reviews and internal evaluations
• record product weights, decorating notes, formulas, and project documentation
• keep the test kitchen clean and organized
• assist with decorating trials and other product-development support
• help with kitchen tasks as needed.
