What you'll do

• Lead daily food-service operations in accordance with facility policies and federal and state regulations
• recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise staff
• develop schedules and budgets
• manage revenue-generating services
• coordinate with clients, facility staff, physicians, consultants, and vendors
• oversee food preparation, menu planning, meal quality, special nourishment, and food safety
• process diet orders and changes
• complete assigned MDS sections
• coordinate dietary plans with the registered dietitian and interdisciplinary team
• maintain personnel, financial, inventory, and equipment records.
