What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• log and track incidents
• coordinate warranty repairs
• support conference room A/V, printers, and peripherals
• onboard and offboard employees
• configure and deploy devices using Intune and Autopilot
• manage phones and mobile devices
• maintain IT asset and license records
• support compliance, updates, and encryption
• train end users
• assist with IT projects
• travel within the 34-county jurisdiction as required, approximately 15%.
