The Direct Support Provider role is onsite in Thief River Falls, MN. Starting pay is $17.50–$18.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide supervision, care, and safety support
• assist with daily living, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
• follow each person’s program plans and procedures
• provide person-centered support
• administer CPR or first aid when needed
• chart daily program information.
