Studio Lead — Pilates Studio

What you'll do

• Assist clients and instructors in person, by email, and by phone
• answer calls and questions and respond to emails
• process sales and retail transactions
• greet and check in clients
• recruit and retain clients
• resolve or refer concerns
• sell memberships and class packages
• use the AXLE client relationship management system to facilitate sales
• maintain a clean studio and restock inventory
• assist instructors with opening and closing duties.
