The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a flexible daytime schedule typically from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $29–$36 per hour. The role supports a growing civil construction organization headquartered in Phoenix as it invests in employees and expands regional operations. The generalist works across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. By partnering with hiring managers, employees, and leadership, the role helps maintain effective employee processes and supports workforce growth and engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and coordinate interviews and offers
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs
• coordinate onboarding, orientation, documentation, and follow-up
• administer benefit enrollments and life event changes
• maintain HRIS records and process employment changes
• generate reports and workforce metrics
• respond to employee questions and support employee relations
• assist with I-9, verification, leave, workers’ compensation, and recordkeeping
• maintain policies and compliance documentation
• coordinate training, engagement, recognition, meetings, and internal communications.
