What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations
• lead the leasing team and manage applications, screenings, move-ins, and move-outs
• ensure compliance with Project-Based Section 8 and affordable housing requirements
• conduct annual recertifications, update tenant files, and manage waitlists
• develop and manage budgets
• monitor expenses and rent collections
• address resident concerns
• coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors
• prepare reports for regulators and ownership.
