The Wellbeing Specialist – Psychosocial Rehabilitation role is onsite in Raymore, MO, with stated pay of $25.54–$26.81 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The role is part of Compass Health Network’s psychosocial rehabilitation team. The specialist supports clients in building skills, confidence, connection, independence, and overall wellbeing through group and individual programming. The work combines wellness education, therapeutic activities, advocacy, crisis intervention, community integration, and coordinated support with treatment teams and other providers.

What you'll do

• Facilitate skills-based groups, wellness education, and therapeutic activities
• support coping strategies, symptom management, and community living skills
• provide advocacy, crisis intervention, outreach, and ongoing support as needed
• collaborate with treatment teams, families when appropriate, and providers
• complete documentation and wellness plans
• transport clients to designated activities and community opportunities.
