What you'll do

• Oversee daily unit operations
• assist with admissions, family meetings, and discharge planning
• attend facility and clinical meetings
• audit new-admission charts
• serve as a liaison among patients, families, physicians, and departments
• investigate incident reports
• help manage staff assignments
• oversee care plans and documentation
• and support regulatory compliance, infection control, safety, and cleanliness. Weekend and holiday on-call hours may be assigned.
