The Certified Medical Assistant — Per Diem role is onsite in Billings, MT, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. The position supports patient care and daily clinic operations at miCare Health Center. Working under practitioner delegation, the assistant provides clinical and administrative support, helps coordinate patient flow, and documents care. The role also contributes to clinic operations, customer service, and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Greet patients, answer and direct calls, document patient demographics and history, administer medications, assist with procedures, manage patient flow, communicate with the care team, carry out practitioner orders, and document care
• manage supplies and patient files
• maintain clinic procedures and cleanliness
• support health fairs, flu shots, client presentations, and quality improvement.
