What you'll do

• Investigate complex and high-exposure claims, maintain action plans, identify fraud indicators, and refer matters to SIU
• lead medical management and coordinate specialists
• manage permanent-disability ratings, reserves, and required status reports
• direct litigation, retain counsel and experts, manage legal spend, and prepare for trial
• lead mediations and settlement conferences
• negotiate settlements and coordinate lien resolution and recovery
• provide technical guidance and supervisory backup, mentor junior adjusters, support quality review, and maintain client relationships.
