The Maintenance Supervisor – Temporary is an onsite role at The Pines Apartments in Bessemer, AL, paying $24–$25 per hour. The supervisor leads the maintenance team and oversees daily property upkeep, repairs, preventive maintenance, and groundskeeping. The role helps keep homes and shared spaces safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming while coordinating service requests, inventory, expenses, residents, vendors, and office staff.

What you'll do

• Lead and support the maintenance team
• oversee day-to-day apartment and community maintenance
• diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• complete service requests within 24 hours
• perform preventive maintenance
• oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal
• maintain inventory and track expenses
• rotate on-call duties and assist with weekend or holiday coverage as needed
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• coordinate with residents, vendors, and office staff.
