It contributes to the team by developing portfolio-level research roadmaps, coordinating multiteam initiatives, and applying advanced agentic AI techniques to build repeatable insight systems.

What you'll do

• Define portfolio-level research strategies with measurable success criteria.
• Lead multiteam, multimethod research programs.
• Develop advanced personas, journey architectures, and ecosystem maps.
• Apply advanced agentic AI to develop repeatable insight pipelines.
• Partner with Research Operations on governance and tooling decisions.
• Facilitate alignment workshops with senior product and UX leaders.
• Provide expert guidance on method selection.
• Mentor Senior Researchers.
• Oversee repository consistency.
• Influence roadmaps by communicating evidence-backed opportunity areas.
• Develop capacity plans.
• Champion ethical research practices.
