What you'll do

• Respond operationally to system alerts and environmental changes, including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and reporting
• monitor near-real-time system status and troubleshoot technical problems
• perform and document preliminary evaluations of system problems
• advise and assist with design changes to improve efficiency or reduce operating costs
• maintain operational event logs and records
• evaluate system performance and support data-processing capabilities
• collaborate with customers and peers
• complete the required Operations Certification Process
• work rotating 12-hour shifts.
